Non-Discrimination Policy
Feeding Alabama is committed to providing equal opportunities to all qualified individuals in the operation of its programs and services and does not discriminate in the terms, conditions, or privileges of employment on account of race, age, color, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), national origin, physical or mental disability, or religion or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activities, or any other groups that may be prohibited by federal and state law. Employees, officers, program participants, volunteers, clients, and all other individuals associated with Feeding Alabama or any programs the organization administers or sponsors are required to follow this policy and are prohibited from discriminating based on these groups. Any person alleging discrimination has a right to file a complaint within 30 days of the alleged discriminatory action. Complaints can be written or verbal. Individuals, parents, or representatives may file a complaint directly with Feeding Alabama.
