Ingredients

• 1 cup rolled oats

• 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

• 2 Tbsp nut/seed butter

• 1 ea banana sliced

• 1 tsp cinnamon ground

• 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

• 2 cups of water

• Dash of salt

• 1 tsp maple syrup

• Toppings optional:

blueberries, almonds, honey,

strawberries, sliced apple

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Evenly divide the rolled oats, chia seeds, nut butter, banana, cinnamon, maple syrup, water, & salt in each mason jar.
Step 2
Shake well & place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
Step 3
Add sweet potatoes and garlic. Stirring occasionally, cook until potatoes begin to soften, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, lentils, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 5
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve immediately.
