Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • Fresh parsley, minced, for garnish
  • Black pepper, to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Step 1 Mix the cabbage, carrots, and apple in a large bowl.
  2. Step 2 In a small bowl, combine the dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Step 3 Whisk vigorously until well emulsified.
