Easy Baked Salmon
This easy baked salmon comes together with a simple dijon, tamari, and garlic marinade, then bakes in about half an hour. It's a healthy, high-protein dinner rich in omega-3s — minimal prep, big flavor.

You Will Need
- Bowl
- Baking Dish
Ingredients
- 1 salmon filet (enough for 2 people)
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium tamari sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Step 1 Stir the marinade ingredients together in a shallow bowl and place the salmon skin-side up in the marinade.
- Step 2 Refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes, up to a few hours. About 10 minutes before cooking, preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Step 3 Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down in a lightly oiled, oven-safe glass baking dish. Drizzle a couple spoonfuls of marinade over the top.
- Step 4 Bake for about 20–30 minutes, depending on the filet's thickness and how firm you like it. The salmon is done when the meat flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 5 Remove from the oven and enjoy!
