Mixed Beans & Turkey Necks
This turkey necks and beans recipe is a hearty, budget-friendly Southern dinner that feeds a family for about $3 a serving. Slow-simmered turkey necks give tender, savory meat, while Great Northern beans make it filling and protein-rich comfort food that stretches a tight grocery budget.
